Spiral Wound Lining (SWL) System

SWL systems can be installed in live flow conditions for gravity pipes only
Usually used where temporary bypass is an issue
SPR™ is made of steel encapsulated PVC mechanical interlocking strips
Applicable to circular and non-circular pipes with diameter / dimension from 450mm to 5000mm.
Able to negotiate longitudinal bends & curvature radius of 5D or above.
SPR™PE is made of HDPE material via automated fusion process, it can be done up to diameter 3000mm for circular pipes only
The use of Steel and HDPE material achieves a liner with high strength and superior chemical resistance. (HDPE is an inert material)
Can be designed as fully- or semi-deteriorated pipe conditions based on international design standards
